Delivery windows
Monday – Friday
- • 4:00pm – 7:00pm
- • 7:00pm – 10:00pm
You'll receive a delivery window rather than a guaranteed exact time.
Parcel requirements
Standard parcel limits
- • Maximum weight: 20 kg
- • Maximum dimensions: 100 cm × 60 cm × 60 cm
Anything outside these limits may require separate approval or arrangement.
Parcel protection
Included up to €50
Eligible parcels include protection up to €50. For declared values above €50, additional protection is available at 5% of the declared value above €50. Maximum declared/protected value €5,000.

- • Service availability is subject to your development being within the current service area.
- • Standard membership includes two doorstep delivery drops per week.
- • Additional standard deliveries are €4.99 each.
- • Urgent same-day delivery is subject to availability.
- • Parcel size and weight limits apply. Oversized or overweight parcels may require separate approval.
- • Carrier/postage charges for Send & Return are separate from the €6.99 handling fee.
- • Holiday Hold is limited to 28 days.
- • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact information.
- • Customers must follow the Parcel2YourDoor addressing instructions provided during onboarding.
- • Certain goods may be prohibited or unsuitable for the service.
