Step 1
You place an online order
Shop online as normal. Use the addressing instructions we provide during onboarding so retailers deliver to Parcel2YourDoor.
Step 2
Parcel arrives at our receiving location
Your parcel is delivered to the Parcel2YourDoor receiving location.
Step 3
Identified against your details
We match the incoming parcel to your customer details.
Step 4
Processed and securely held
Parcels are securely held and managed through our receiving process until delivery.
Step 5
You're notified
Receive updates about your parcels and delivery arrangements through WhatsApp.
Step 6
Delivery arranged
We arrange a Mon–Fri delivery window (4pm–7pm or 7pm–10pm). Where practical, multiple parcels can be combined into one drop.
Step 7
Delivered to your apartment
Your parcel is delivered directly to your apartment door within the agreed window.
Addressing your orders
Once you're signed up, we'll provide you with the information you need to have your parcels correctly addressed to Parcel2YourDoor. Follow this addressing whenever you shop online.
